The original Eve: Burst Error, released for PC in 1995, was an eroge which earned a highly positive reputation thanks to the game's story, requiring you to constantly switch between 2 protagonists to solve a case of serial murders. It received an updated release on Sega Saturn in 1997, removing the sexual content, adding some fully animated scenes and partial voice acting, further establishing the game as a classic. It's among the most beloved Visual Novels for fans of the genre.
The original PC version has been localized in the past, and the Sega Saturn version has been fan translated, but this remaster hasn't left Japan. It's possible that Desire and Doukoku Soshite…, two other Visual Novels classics by El Dia, which recently got PS Vita remasters, will release for Switch in Japan as well.
